At Annu Collection, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy below.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
How to Cancel an Order

Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your order is cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
- Repeated COD order cancellations may lead to account restrictions.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders that are:
- Already shipped
- Customized or altered
are not eligible for cancellation.
